Welcome to Weigh-In Wednesday! Let’s get right to it. When I stepped on the scales today, I had lost another 4 pounds! I am down to 302! I was hoping to be another pound or do lower, but I am obviously happy. Unfortunately I can’t do much exercise with my back the way it is.
Today is 14 days “dry” and only drinking water(yuck).
This is kind of skimpy today but it’s kind of a busy morning. More tomorrow. Thanks for following up.
