Noon Nonsense: Yes, It Was Supposed To Be That Way!

Again, today's "Noon Nonsense" isn't so nonsensical, but it is a bit odd.  I think it looks really cool.  I will probably never get to see it in person, but I think it would be fun to do so.  Check it out here.
