Joel, I was at impact this weekend and we talked about addictions. You need to resist. I know it's hard to resist, but it makes you stronger. If you still need help, I'm sure lots of youth leaders would be willing to be your spiritual spotter in this your hour of need.
Admitting the problem is the first step towards recovery - or in your, case, another blog post about it!
