Believe it or not . . . my mother has a 115 year old Easter egg. It was decorated in 1882 by her grandfather. It has been in my mother's family ever since. Yesterday the local paper, the Daily Item, in Sunbury, PA ran an article with two pictures about it. However, I can't seem to find a link for this. I will do my best to get either the link or get a picture of this egg. It is in an old sugar bowl in my parents' cubboard. Every Easter she gets this thing out to show the grandchildren.
